A true entrepreneur at heart, Jasmine has been involved in the insurance industry for many years. She began her career as a licensed agent, yet always aspired to be a broker because of the variety of carrier options she could provide to her customers. Starting her own Brightway agency was the perfect opportunity for a person with her professional background, experience and ambition, and provided the opportunity for endless growth potential as a small business owner. Jasmine is always striving to be the best and in 2020 earned a certificate from the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors for completing the Advisor Ambassador Program. 

Prior to joining Brightway, Jasmine worked with Meadowbrook Insurance as a Territory Manager. She was one of the top producers and won awards for Outstanding Achievement, Best Agency Production, Achievement for Most Combined Premium and Most Workers Compensation Premium. She attributes her success to her relentless work ethic.

As a Brightway Agency Owner, Jasmine is eager to take her Agency to the top. Being her own boss means the world to her family legacy, her community and herself. She feels blessed to be able to help her family, the families in her community and serve as an African-American female role model within her community.

Jasmine is a proud mother of three children, her pride and joy. She loves to spend time with family and friends. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, exercising, dancing, listening to music, fine dining and relaxing at the spa.

Jasmine is the former President of Mocha Moms, Inc. (the Charlotte chapter) and a member of the Buddhist Church. She is currently in the process of developing an unprecedented National African-American Insurance Association chapter for North and South Carolina. She is also a member of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, a member of the BNI Charlotte Achievers Chapter, and a member of the Charlotte Crown Black Real Estate Association.

In 2021, Jasmine was a recipient of Brightway's Bronze Sales Award, Southeast Sales Leader Award, Home Sales Award, and the State Sales Award. In 2022, she was recognized as a Gold Sales Award winner among all Brightway franchisees and earned her Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation.
