Doug graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Finance. He began his career in the investment banking industry with Deutsche Bank AG while simultaneously earning his master’s degree from Rollins College in 2010. 

Doug became a Brightway Agency Owner in 2016. He holds a 2-20 insurance license which enables him to write a wide array of insurance policies. When he’s not serving his customers, Doug’s interests include golf and other sporting activities.

    Haley is a lifelong resident of Riviera Beach. She has an associates in arts degree from Palm Beach State College.

    Haley has a unique background ranging from after school counselling to substitute teaching. Her passion for wanting to help people landed her in the insurance industry in 2015 and she has been helping clients save money ever since.

    Outside of work, Haley volunteers at Christ Fellowship, enjoys spending time with her cats and loves going to the beach.
