Shannon joined the Tarzia Agency, Oceanway in the summer of 2022. With a customer-centric background and a passion for providing value she works diligently to find the best coverage for the homeowners’ specific needs. A Jacksonville native, she has a strong commitment to her community and is invested in contributing back by finding homeowners great coverage for competitive rates.

Matthew’s extensive managerial experience has allowed him to provide great customer service to the local community for over 15 years. As a founding member of the Jacksonville Jaguars drum line, he’s been performing at home games and events around town since 2003. Matthew has always had a passion for helping people and finding solutions to best fit his customer’s needs.
