A native of Grand Blanc, Michigan, Tyler graduated from the University of Tampa in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He got his start in the insurance industry in 2001 and is a Licensed Agent.

In 2003, Tyler and his wife moved to the Fort Myers area. The couple has four children and a dog named Cosmo. Tyler enjoys staying involved with his local church, coaching his son’s soccer team and competing in triathlons.

April is a native of Ft. Myers. She enjoys outdoor adventures such as paddle boarding, boating and biking. April and her husband recently celebrated 20 years of marriage. She has two children and devotes much of her free time cheering them on at school events. April’s favorite quote is Psalm 103:11, “for as high as the heavens are above the earth so great is his love for those who fear him”.

A native of West Leyden, New York, Jason graduated from Edison State College with an AS in Networking Technology. In 2021 he obtained his insurance license and began his new career here at Brightway.

Married since 2007, Jason and his wife Jocelyn have four children and three cats. A fisher of men, Jason supports worldwide charities, volunteers at his local church, and his favorite Bible verse is Isaiah 61:1

“The spirit of the sovereign Lord is upon me, for the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to comfort the broken hearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed.”

Born and raised in Annapolis, MD, earned an A.A. in Psychology and currently in school for a B.A. in Human Services. Prior to joining the insurance industry, Raquel worked as an administrative assistant. Currently, she is a Licensed Customer Service Professional.

In her down time, Raquel enjoys spending time with her dog, re-finishing old furniture, and volunteering in her community.

Born and raised in Fort Myers, Bethany graduated from Edison State with an A.A. and A.S. in Paralegal Studies. Prior to joining the insurance industry, she worked as a nanny and preschool teacher. Currently, she is a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Professional. 

Married to her high school sweetheart, she recently welcomed a baby boy to the family. Bethany enjoys being involved in the music program at her church, as well as being involved in the pre-school and children’s ministry there.

Both professional and courteous, Carla is a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Professional who puts her customer service and administrative skills to work ensuring a smooth and pleasant insurance-buying process for our customers. 

Carla serves as the Volunteer Ministry Director at McGregor Baptist Church as well as at the schools her children attend. She is also very involved with Operation Christmas Child.

Married for nearly 17 years, Carla has two children. She enjoys running marathons and half-marathons.
