Employee of the Quarter Spotlight: Charlene Smith

Smith is an Accounting Commissions Team Lead who has been with the company two years. Brightway named her Employee of the Quarter for demonstrating the Core Value ‘Trustworthy.’

How long have you worked at Brightway?
Two years. 

What is your favorite part of your job?  
My favorite part about my job would be all the different elements that go into paying our agents. 

What advice do you have for other employees?  
Always ask questions! 

If a movie was made of your life, what genre would it be and who would play you?  
If a movie was made about my life, it would definitely be a comedy and Jennifer Aniston would play me. 

If you could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be and why?  
I would like to go meet Princess Diana. 

If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life what would it be?  

If you could befriend any fictional character, who do you choose and why?  
Spiderman, so I could help save people.
