JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for October 2020, Jacob Stone!

Stone is a Team Lead in Brightway’s Customer Service Center. In this role, he and his team assist Brightway customers with needs they have related to existing policies. He has been with Brightway nearly five years.

During a virtual ceremony to recognize Stone, Operations Manager of Brightway’s Customer Service Center, Heather Currier, likened Stone to a Jack of all trades and said, “Jacob does an amazing job every day. We wouldn’t be where we are with our new Quality management program if it wasn’t for his help and doing all of the testing and helping us roll it out all while managing two teams in a remote work environment.  I’m so happy that we have Jacob as part of the team that’s leading the Service Center.”

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program earlier this year to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes two employees every month.

Honorees for the distinction receive a Snappy gift and an electronic “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership.
